Bob Marshall grew up in Livingston, N.J. In 1984, he attended Syracuse University for a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. In 1990, Bob moved to Missoula, MT, where he earned an A.A.S. Degree in Foodservice Management from the University of Montana’s College of Technology. After working in several local restaurants and bakeries, Bob and his wife, Cindy Laundrie-Marshall, opened Biga Pizza. They have been committed to using local, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients at their establishment, while helping to support local non-profit organizations, and community based events. Bob also is known for his drumming in Missoula’s new wave rock band, Volumen.
